The Firm was organized on May 25, 1988 to serve financial institutions and businesses primarily in the collection, commercial litgation, construction, creditor bankruptcy, foreclosure, contract (transactional), and real estate areas. The firm has developed a recognized expertise for representation under Articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. The firm is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and was named one of the ten best small law firms in Utah by the Intermountain Commercial Record.
